This employee definitely wasn't meeting his company's standards. I've worked in customer service/hospitality for many years and each company has its standards. We had to wait after he provided our bag to inquire on condiments. Nor did he ask if we would like condiments with our order. No double checking if he got the order correct. ![]() When we got to the window, the worker just said the price of our order. But it begs the question, why are you speaking to guests in that manner? If you want us to order more to meet a quota, put an effort to upsell. What happened to "good afternoon, thank you for choosing Taco Bell, what can I get you today?" Nope, just four lazy words.Īfter we placed our small order, the worker says in a surprised and rude tone "THATS IT?!" Surprised he responded in that manner we merely say yes. Just silence then an abrupt "order when you're ready". ![]() Right when we drove in, no greetings whatsoever. Food was good and consistent with company standards.
